Romello Harris, a 5-foot-9, 182 pound prospect was a three-star running back from Tulare Union in California and committed to Washington State back in 2016. He red-shirted at Washington State but has now found his way back to Fresno State and the Valley.
Stefanie Loh from the Seat Times Sports reported that Harris is leaving Washington State to be closer to his family and will be eligible to play in 2018 and will also have three years left of eligibility.
As a senior at Tulare Union high school, Harris recorded 1,943 yards and 25 touchdowns in just nine games.
Harris will be joining a former teammate in Emoryie Edwards at Fresno State.
