He is the younger brother of Star Lotulelei and Lowell Lotulelei, both who attended Utah. Star Lotulelei was drafted in the first-round by the Carolina Panthers back in 2013.

He plays free safety and strong safety at his high school and could be looked at that position in college. In his highlight film, he seems to read the quarterbacks eyes pretty well and has good instincts. Looks to make a hit on his opponent when the ball is in the air.
