Fresno State offered Parker about two months, which was his latest offer and as of right now, he has yet to make visits to programs.

Parker mentioned back in late July that Fresno State was his top school, saying:

"Fresno is my top school right now. They recruited a lot of players who can really play and who are really good and I would like the competition at practice and in the weight room.

I have learned that the players on the team are all close and I can see it from the videos and pictures that I have seen on social media and i like that type of brotherhood relationships."

Parker also held an offer from Hawaii as well.
